Haul truck bodies carry heavy, abrasive material through repeated cycles. Floor and side plates are in direct contact with the load.

The first contact of loading.
Large rocks falling into the body create impact loads. Floor plates, supports and attachments are selected together for these loading conditions.

The body rises. The load slides.
As the dump body tips, rocks move along the floor. Repeated sliding produces wear on the contact surfaces.

The steel beneath the load.
BISALLOY® Wear plates are used in dump floors and body liners. Grade, thickness and attachments are selected for the application requirements.
