The form sends your name, company, email, optional phone, message, selected products, dimensions and quantities, together with the language, source page, submission time and acknowledgement of this notice. It accepts no files or technical drawings. IP addresses and request times may be used temporarily to limit abuse.
Your request passes through the website server and Google Apps Script and Google Workspace email services to the METAL ASIA mailbox at info@metal-asia.com, for review by authorised company staff. Netlify provides website hosting, content delivery and server-side processing of the form. These providers may process data in different countries. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent.
Requests are stored in the mailbox; no automatic deletion period is configured. You may ask for information, correction or deletion at info@metal-asia.com. Requests are assessed taking account of ongoing business transactions and applicable retention obligations. Language and product selections may be stored in your browser; you can clear them in its site-data settings.
With your permission, we measure approximate country, device type, current page and visit times using random sessions. Measurement records exclude raw IP addresses, form details and precise location. The panel covers the last 24 hours; old records are regularly deleted. Your preference lasts 180 days and the random session ID lasts for this tab. Measurement is processed on Netlify infrastructure. You can withdraw permission in cookie settings. If supplied by the provider, approximate IP-based city and region are also measured. These are not verified physical locations; VPNs and mobile networks may change the result. GPS, coordinates and street addresses are not collected.
